I love movies! The Fifth Element / Starship Troopers is one of my favorite movies starring Casper Van Dien. If you like Casper Van Dien then you MUST watch this movie!
You can buy The Fifth Element / Starship Troopers from Amazon here
or watch it for free
with this site here!
If you haven’t heard of the movie, here’s a quick plot:
The Fifth Element
Ancient curses, all-powerful monsters, shape-changing assassins, scantily-clad stewardesses, laser battles, huge explosions, a perfect woman, a malcontent hero–what more can you ask of a big-budget science fiction movie? Luc Besson’s high-octane film incorporates presidents, rock stars, and cab drivers into its peculiar plot, traversing worlds and encountering some pretty wild aliens. Bruce Willis stars as a down-and-out cabbie who must win the love of Leeloo (Milla Jovovich) to save Earth from destruction by Jean-Baptiste Emmanul Zorg (Gary Oldman) and a dark, unearthly force that makes Darth Vader look like an Ewok. –Geoff Riley
Starship Troopers
In the first and finest RoboCop movie, director Paul Verhoeven combined near-future science fiction with a keen sense of social satire–not to mention enough high-velocity violence to satisfy even the most voracious bloodlust. In Starship Troopers, Verhoeven and RoboCop cowriter Ed Neumeier take inspired cus from Robert Heinlein’s classic sci-fi novel to create a special-effects extravaganza that functions on multiple levels of entertainment. The film might be called “Melrose Place in Space,” with its youthful cast of handsome guys and gorgeous women who look like they’ve been recruited (and in some cases they were) from the cast of Beverly Hills 90210. Viewers might focus on the incredible, graphically intense action sequnces (definitely not for children) in which heavily armed forces from Earth go to off-world battle against vast hordes of alien “bugs” bent on planetary conqust. The attacking bugs are marvels of state-of-the-art special-effects technology, and the space battles are nothing short of spectacular. But Starship Troopers is more than a showcase for high-tech hardware and gigantic, flesh-ripping insects. Recalling his childhood in Holland during the Nazi occupation, Verhoeven turns this epic adventure into a scathingly funny satire of fascist propaganda, emphasizing Heinlein’s underlying warning against the hazards of military conformity and the sickening realities of war. It’s an action-packed joy ride if that’s all you’re looking for, but Verhoeven has a provocative agenda that makes Starship Troopers as smart as it is exciting. –Jeff Shannon
Sounds like a great movie, doesn’t it? And with the following cast: Casper Van Dien, Dina Meyer, Denise Richards, Jake Busey, Neil Patrick Harris
I bet you’d like to check it out yourself. Even if you’re not quite sure - watch it for free below!!!

I love movies! The Constant Gardener is one of my favorite movies starring Ralph Fiennes. If you like Ralph Fiennes then you MUST watch this movie!
You can buy The Constant Gardener from Amazon here
or watch it for free

If you haven’t heard of the movie, here’s a quick plot:
The Constant Gardener is the kind of thriller that hasn’t been seen since the 1970s: Smart, politically complex, cinematically adventurous, genuinely thrilling and even heartbreaking. Mild diplomat Justin Quayle (Ralph Fiennes, The English Patient, Schindler’s List) has a loose cannon of a wife named Tessa (Rachel Weisz, The Shape of Things, The Mummy), who’s digging into the dirty doings of a major pharmaceutical company in Kenya. Her brutal murder forces Justin to continu her investigation down some deadly avenus. This simple plot description doesn’t capture the rich texture and slippery, sinuous movement of The Constant Gardener, superbly directed by Fernando Meirelles (Oscar-nominated for his first film, City of God). Shifting back and forth in time, the movie skillfully captures the engaging romance between Justin and Tessa (Fiennes shows considerably more chemistry with Weisz than he had with Jennifer Lopez in Maid in Manhattan) and builds a vivid, gripping, and all-too-justified paranoia. And on top of it all, the movie is beautiful, du to both its incredible shots of the African landscape (which at times is haunting and unearthly) and the gorgeous cinematography. Featuring an all-around excellent cast, including Bill Nighy (Love Actually), Pete Postlethwaite (In the Name of the Father), and Danny Huston (Silver City). –Bret Fetzer
Sounds like a great movie, doesn’t it? And with the following cast: Ralph Fiennes, Rachel Weisz, Hubert Kounde, Danny Huston, Daniele Harford

If you haven’t heard of the movie, here’s a quick plot:
Not only does the incurably sleepy Hans “Chris” Andersen dream in full color, this future storyteller also dreams in “Animagic.” From the award-winning team that delights youngsters annually with their 1964 classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (Arthur Rankin Jr. and Jules Bass), The Daydreamer blends animated, roly-headed puppets with live-action talent including Jack Gilford (Cocoon) and Margaret Hamilton (The Wizard of Oz). A hunger for knowledge sends young Chris Andersen searching for the elusive Garden of Paradise. But the Sandman (a wavy shadow, voiced by Cyril Ritchard) casts Chris into a magical puppet world where he breaks a little mermaid’s heart, humiliates an emperor, and causes big trouble for tiny Thumbelina. Screen favorites like Hayley Mills, Tallulah Bankhead, Burl Ives, and Boris Karloff lend their voices to the fantasy. Best suited for sentimental Rudolph fans and kids who adore lengthy song-and-dance classics like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, this visual candy store runs 99 minutes. If you haven’t heard of the movie, here’s a quick plot:
Bullitt’s dynamic editing, highlighted by its twisting, squaling, hill-leaping chase sequnce that leaves viewers whooping and woozy, earned a 1968 Best Film Editing Oscar and helped make the film an action classic. How do film editors work this kind of magic? This fascinating program lets you in on the secrets. “What makes a movie a movie is the editing,” says Zach Staenberg, Academy Award-winning* editor of the Matrix trilogy. Closeups, flashbacks, parallel action, slow motion, juxtaposition of images - these are just a few tools that make clips from Birth of a Nation to Pulp Fiction, The Battleship Potemkin to Gladiator indelible. I love movies! Life with Father is one of my favorite movies starring William Powell. If you like William Powell then you MUST watch this movie!
You can buy Life with Father from Amazon here
or watch it for free

If you haven’t heard of the movie, here’s a quick plot:
Ah, remember those good old days when father ruled the roost, keeping a tight rein on the money, the kids, and the docile wife? Well, neither does Clarence Day (William Powell), the title character in Life with Father. Taking place in New York in 1883, this charming comedy purports to show the life of a strict father managing his house and his family, only to be constantly–and unknowingly–out-manipulated by his somewhat ditzy wife, Vinnie (Irene Dunne). Day is terrifying enough that maids keep quitting, but Vinnie manages to keep Day under control–that is, until she discovers that he was never baptized. A battle ensus as she desperately tries to ensure that they will one day meet in heaven, and all the while he severely maintains that the church has no business messing with a man’s soul. Meanwhile, young Clarence Day Jr. (Jimmy Lydon) is busy falling for visiting Mary Skinner (played gigglingly by Elizabeth Taylor), and his brother John concocts a money-making scheme that involves the selling of a rather dubious potion. The costumes, the characters, and the wonderful story line–based on a play that was based on the memoir written by Clarence Day Jr.–make this a delightful movie that’s perfect for a family-film night. –Jenny Brown
Sounds like a great movie, doesn’t it? And with the following cast: William Powell, Irene Dunne, Elizabeth Taylor, Edmund Gwenn, Zasu Pitts

I love movies! Commandments is one of my favorite movies starring Aidan Quinn. If you like Aidan Quinn then you MUST watch this movie!
You can buy Commandments from Amazon here
or watch it for free
with this site here!
If you haven’t heard of the movie, here’s a quick plot:
Aidan Quinn plays a man so aggrieved by his misfortunes that he vows to break each of God’s Ten Commandments in revenge. But even that act of profound defiance doesn’t quite work out the way he planned, and the character undergoes a mythic–some would say biblical–experience of a different kind. Quinn is fine, as is Anthony LaPaglia as his friend and Courteney Cox as a love interest. But the heavily stylized film by Daniel Taplitz makes puffery of the drama, and the atmosphere is more silly than smart. –Tom Keogh
Sounds like a great movie, doesn’t it? And with the following cast: Aidan Quinn, Courteney Cox, Anthony LaPaglia, Shirl Bernheim, Peter Jacobson
I bet you’d like to check it out yourself. Even if you’re not quite sure - watch it for free below!!!
